For our next few meetings I want to start a series of identifying flavor components in beers
I will be hosting our October meeting at my condo in North Ogden; 2421 North 400 East Unit D2 Ogden UT 84414. The firt flavor I want to talk about is DMS I should have a good homebrewed example that contains DMS. I have heard that Rolling Rock, Corona and Heineken also have a noticable DMS flavor and aroma in them. It would be cool if someone could pick up a few bottles
